How To Use

Before getting into bed, mist OTO Pillow Mist across your pillow from 30cm away. Spray 2 to 4 times and shake well before use. Settle into bed with OTO Sleep Drops, release 2 squeezes of the dropper under your tongue (0.5ml) and hold for 30 seconds to absorb.
