Black Dhal with Spinach and Cauliflower Rice (serves 4).
Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp tumeric

- 400ml can coconut milk
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 300g spinach
- 1 cauliflower
